Guess who's got a new toy...

Woodland Greenery Arrangement

During a visit to a family house in New Hampshire, I gathered a bunch of woodland flowers and greenery. It was great to be able to walk through the woods and be able to pick all these amazing little flowers and ferns.

Enjoy!

Thanks!

Wedding Flower Wreath

A few weeks ago T&B had a great time making a wreath for Bride Britta. The bride requested a delicate and white flower head wreath for her NYC wedding celebration.

The wreath and Bride Britta both came out looking stunning!

Congratulations to the bride and her groom! We were so happy to be able to help!

For different types of other wreaths we've made, check out these posts:

Red, white and bloom!

So, I know that I already posted today and the Macy's fireworks have lit up the New York skyline, but I just couldn't resist putting this up.  It's for you Kathy!  Happy 4th July!!

Family treasures

My husband and I are spending this 4th July weekend with his parents in VA.  And although it has been many years since my husband moved out from his family home, he still seems to have a variety of childhood and inherited things sitting in the garage and basement.  So, to try and sort out some of his treasures we have been going through them this weekend.
Some of the goodies from his grandfather's tool box are amazing - I just want to put them out on display!

(The packaging of these old electrical wires are amazing!)

And what could be more appropriate for this weekend than finding a beautiful wool flag (in a plastic furniture cover box of all places!!)

Happy 4th July!

Home grown hydrangeas

Nothing is more beautiful than a simple bouquet from the garden!
These gorgeous hydrangeas are fresh from my Mother-in-laws garden (her garden is brimming with bushes ladened with blooms).  Put in a vintage vase and voila, a simple yet elegant display!!
